I, the artist, have the right not to take your commission in any case.

The commission artwork will be PNG file with a minimum size of 1000~3000 pixel, resolution 300dpi (sRGB) ー You can request the exact properties of the file (e.g. canvas size, file extension, resolution/dpi, color system, etc.) If it's bigger than 3000 pixel, the price will be increased by 20%-50% of the total price, depending on size

Turnaround time is approximately 7-30 days for each work. However, work process may take less or more time, depends on my personal business and complexity of your commission.

You can occasionally ask about progress of work, but please DO NOT try to urge or speed me up if we haven't agreed on the deadline beforehand.

You are free to ask for revision(s) in the process of sketching. However, after the first draft is approved, any revision in a big spot or too many revisions may require an extra charge as I deem appropriate.

As I work as a queue, I normally don't download any reference to my computer, neither text nor image, because I will read it directly from the link you given or from the message box only when I start working on your queue. Therefore, if you upload the reference in the place where your file can be deleted (e.g. Google Drive, Sta.sh, Imgur, etc.), please DO NOT delete it until the commission work is totally complete. Because if you do, you may need to rewrite the brief all over again.

During the process, I have the right to upload any other artwork, sell adoptables, and take an additional small queue of commission without notifying you first. I need to inform you the last condition in advanced in case that you may feel uneasy with me producing other artworks during your queue and want me to finish up the process all at once, which I couldn't.

The price written in this website is the starting price for 1 character in USD currency only. If you want to add more characters, the price will be double according to the total number of character. However, in case if the additional character is in the composition that is not fully visible, the additional price will be reduced as I deem appropriate.

The prices can be increased or decreased based on complexity and difficulty of work such as elements, pose, character details, additional props, etc.

The stated prices are for personal use only. If you want to use it for commercial use, which is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold for financial gain, please notify me when ordering. The total price will be double. (x2)

If you have paid for personal use but want to use it for commercial purpose later, you can inform me and pay the extra cost at any time.

As for fan art of Vtuber/Streamer character, there will be 25-75% extra charge, depends on the purpose of use. However, the official CANNOT use this commissioned artwork unless the commissioner has paid the full commercial use fee (+100%).

If you do not provide clear visual reference for your character, custom design fee will be charged doubly (x2).

If it is an urgent work and/or has a hard deadline, please notify me when ordering.

If the working time frame is shorter than 1 week, it will charge more for 50% of the total price as a rush order fee. This term is also including Queue Skip/Priority Buy which will move your queue up so that I can start your work sooner.

If you want it to be private, which means that you do not allow me to post, upload, or published your commission work on any website, please notify me when ordering, because NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) is required and privacy fee might be charged, especially for commercial commission.

Upfront payment is required. Commissioner can either pay in full (100%) or pay in half (50%) before starting the first draft and pay the rest after the first draft is approved.

Installment payment is available without any extra fees. You must clearly state your installment plan, which consists of installment period and installment (sum of money you will pay each time) I will continue the commission work and send the complete file only after receiving the full amount of money.

I, the artist, retain all the right to my work, not the commissioner. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: upload, post, distribute, reproduce, copy, use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, and/or whatever that is not for commercial use without notifying you first. I also retain the right to record the process of commission to be posted on any website, unless agreed otherwise.

If the commissioner does not want me to post/upload the art, it must be agreed in advance that this commission is for private use, which means the artwork will be kept as a secret and not to be published anywhere.

I retain the right to reuse any sketch and/or element which the commissioner refuses in other works of mine.

The commissioner is allowed to: use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself, upload and/or distribute the art with a proper credit given to the artist, and/or any action that is not purposed for financial gain or making money.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to edit the artwork, such as add or erase line-art, edit color or shading, or redraw any part of the artwork, without my permission.

The commissioner is allowed to slightly retouch the artwork, such as resize, crop the picture, adjust the properties, or change mood and tone of the picture.

In case that the commissioner pay for commercial use, you are allowed to reproduce, distribute, and use the copyrighted artwork commercially, which means you can make money of it in any way. You can also alter and edit the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.

If the commissioned art is a fanart of anime, games, and/or otherwise characters created by other entities, their commercial usage of fanart restrictions are still applied. So, please check before ordering.

Using my arts for NFT purposes or AI generating is strictly forbidden. You are NOT allow to upload my arts on any websites related to AI.

If you’re not sure that your action will be allowed or not, you can always ask me first.

If you break the copyright and my usage policies written above in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted and may result in a permanent blacklist.

Damages from the commissioned artwork by third-party clients (not the artist and the commissioner) are not within my control. Please order the commission and use in your own best interests.

I, the artist, have the right to cancel your commission in any case, in which the commissioner will receive a full refund in this case.

You, the commissioner, has the right to cancel the commission, in which will have different refund rates depending on the progress of the work at that time: (1) If the commissioner cancels before I start working, the commissioner will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. (2) If the commissioner cancels before the first draft is finished, the commissioner will receive a 50%~75% refund of the total price. (3) If the commissioner cancels after the sketch has been approved, the commissioner will not receive a refund. This will mostly depend on my decision as I deem appropriate.

The client will receive all the unfinished file, but will NOT be allowed to modify or edit the unfinished work in any way.
